Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay, which was booked through Hotels.com and took place at a Hilton Garden Inn property.
During my six-day stay, I experienced multiple serious issues that significantly impacted my comfort and safety. I was required to change rooms three times due to unacceptable conditions. In the first room, there was blood and vomit on the floor. The second room had several maintenance issues, including a missing drain stopper in the bathroom sink and a non-functioning refrigerator. Most concerning, at approximately 3:30 a.m., I awoke to find the bathroom flooded due to water leaking from the ceiling. I recorded this incident and was subsequently moved to a third room.
In addition to these issues, housekeeping services were extremely inadequate. Over the course of six days, my room was serviced only once. I repeatedly had to request basic necessities such as towels, coffee, cream, and sugar. In most cases, I had to either go to the front desk or call multiple times before receiving these items.
This experience was far below the standards I expect and have previously received. I am requesting a full review of this matter and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, distress, and disruption caused during my stay.
I have documentation, including video evidence, available upon request.
