Standard double was very spacious with settee, coffee table and a very enjoyable walk in shower. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and restaurant and bar facilities were much enjoyed. The Spa facilities looked good but didn't use them this time but deffo will on next visit.

Only stayed for the night, but it was clean and quiet and functional. Rooms were a little tired decor wise if you are concerned about having the best appearance. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bar and food prices a little on the higher side. Didn't check the pool facilities as you only have a limited time where they are free to guests. No noise from the motorway which is in close location.

Staff and parking was fine. Room ok, bed awful, 3 sleepless nights. Lots of cobwebs in bathroom. Breakfast which we paid a lot for was overpriced. Cold bacon and eggs, mushrooms cold and rubbery. Orangejuice was just watery. Wish I did not bother with breakfast at all due to not worth the price. Sadly I paid for 3 days for 2 people, so £90 in total for just that. Lots of noice from pool at the evening.

Clear investment in the restaurant area. Rooms could do with a refresh though. Beds comfortable and large and a 2 seat sofa rather than a chair was a nice touch. The breakfast was honestly the only good thing about the stay as it was delicious, staff was also kind. The bathroom sides were grimly and mouldy the shower wouldn't turn to medium heat just hot no shower curtain or long enough glass so water went everywhere. It was absolutely boiling no air conditioning. The carpet was so old it felt musty. The hotel needs a revamp!
