Nice and spacious
Very nice and central apartment. Both spacious and well equipped. We complained about the lack of heating (cold radiators), and got help very fast, fixing the water pressure, and thus having more than enough heat in the apartment. The only negative thing is the poor sound proofing (mainly hearing voices from other apartments through the entrance door). This was not too bad when using the extra doors in the apartment to shut it out.

Prince Suites was conveniently located, had amazing staff that was friendly, inviting, and helpful, and was great quality in the areas of accommodations, amenities, and comforts. My mother and I greatly enjoyed our stay. We loved the suite. The lobby was cozy and inviting. A short walk to delicious restaurants, historical attractions, and shopping, we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience and comfort. The staff made us feel so welcome. 10/10 recommend!

What a fantastic apartment! We had three bedrooms, two baths and a balcony overlooking the train station and the Royal Mile. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Easy access to the train station, Royal Mile, dining, shopping, grocery and more! We cant wait to return for our next visit.

Outstanding
We loved our recent 3 night stay at Princes Street Suites. The staff we met were lovely, the location is incredible - 2 mins from St James' Quarter which is a mall with great shopping and loads of choice for dining (in or take away). The property is a 15 min stroll from Edinburgh Castle (with young kids); it's ideally located for the Museum of Scotland, Dynamic Earth, Calton Hill, Arthur's Seat, the Museum on the Mound, St Andrew's Square, George Street, and is 1 min from Waverley station. With it being so close to Waverley, we did hear some station announcements but they weren't loud and intrusive, and they had stopped between 11pm and 8am. We booked a 2 bed apartment but ended up in a 3 bed which was a nice surprise. The apartment was huge, it was clean, well equipped in all regards, especially the kitchen. The only suggested improvement would be a Nespresso machine or similar. You can buy barista made coffee at Tue reception which we did each morning. The beds were comfortable but it was an adjustment going back to a double after 16 years in a super king at home! The apartment was so big I played a very long game of hide and seek with the kids which was great fun! 2 bathrooms were helpful too with kids taking an age to do anything! If you're looking to explore the best of Edinburgh with a bit more flexibility than offered by a traditional hotel then we fully recommend Princes Street Suites.

Great location - in the city center, but in a slightly quieter area, adjoining a (nicely quiet) cemetery with amazing views, especially on the underutilized rooftop terrace. Windows are double-paned for extra quietness at night. While the rooms were more functional than luxurious, it was super clean and tidy with really comfy beds. We had four rooms as a group and everyone was contented with their 2-bedroom rooms. Was a great value, especially during Fringe in Aug.

This hotel was close to the train station and centrally located. It was easy to access the Royal Mile and Carlton Hill. It accommodated our family well and allowed us to be able to pop in and out easily thought out the day. The train station was a little noisy, but a bit of white noise covered it up.
