When the entered the room the first thing we saw was the transition from tile to carpet. The carpet was dirty and shredded and tack strip exposed..The chair in the corner was dirty and torn. We had 2 queen beds each had 2 pillows that were about 20"each. There was a desk, but no mirror so make up had to be done in the bathroom with no place to put products. The bathroom floor wasn't cleaned all the way to the corners. The bathtub had a messy patch. and the bath towels were very thin and about the size we had in high school gym class, but they were clean. We had out Service dog with us and were told there was a $20 cash only deposit for the Service dog. However when we returned the TV remote control for the refund of the $30 deposit, the manager said the dog charge was waived. The side door has 3 steps and no hand rail to help mobility challenged people. There was no coffee pot in the room. They promoted free self serve laundry, but the washing machines had "out of service" signs. The mini fridge was iced over. The maid came as we were leaving for the day, she asked if we needed service and towels, we said yes, thank you. When we returned we did have fresh towels, but trash was not removed and the beds were not tidied.
