First, the staff were very kind to me and my family. The room was comfortable, spacious and warm. The location was awesome! It’s very close to earls court station, which has 3 lines to follow, so, very central.

A lovely hotel in a good area of London, close to the metro/tube and a lot of nice restaurants and shops in the Earl court area. One downside is the room was a bit cold the first day. Would love to come back one day.

The staff here made the stay so enjoyable. They are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good and so convenient when traveling with a toddler. The location being close to the tube station was also a huge plus.

Check in was okay, room was very simple, shower was terrible, drain did not drain well, got locked out of the hotel one night and no staff came to answer, waited until another guest got us into the building. Pillows were old and hard. Will pay more next time for a better stay somewhere else.

The location was convenient for our needs, very close to the Earl‘ Court station but also not right by it, so it is calm in the immediate area of the hotel. Extremely helpful staff, at every step: check in, upgrading internet, luggage storage… They were very friendly and very solution oriented. The hotel and the rooms feel a bit dated - not a problem but set your expectations accordingly. The aircon is a bit loud, but we could sleep through it.
Overall, we were happy with our stay thanks to the friendly staff and the location. Given the price point, it would be great if the rooms get a bit of modernization.

Breakfast pretty medium to slightly disappointing but as expected. Biggest problem to hot in room. Was livable in October. Would not go there in summer. Pretty much as expected otherwise.
Bed was a bit hard.
