Really excellent hotel. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are styling and well appointed, and the hotel itself is just a couple of stops on the tube from Zoologische Garden, so pretty well located. Breakfast at Benedict’s on the ground floor (separate company to the hotel) is amazing too!

Great location away from the city centre, walkable distance to Zoo and Tiergarten. Good dining options nearby. Property is slightly prefab, beds very comfortable as marketed, rooms limited for in room coffee (only tea available) and perks seen in other comparable properties. More charming than a large hotel chain, less warm than a bed and breakfast. Hospitality of Benedict next door is world class.
