We had cold water until the morning we checked out. We had complained about this several times and it took 2 days to correct this issue? Also, the WIFI was not working at all. So much for the free WIFI. On check in, we were asked to pay more money that what we were told was due by Hotels.com. The Staff said the billing department would check into this, but we received no follow up. I believe there is fraud somewhere here, but I cannot prove it. The customer service was initially average. I went to the front desk the last night we were there to obtain some documents and one of the staff was there arguing with a guest that was checking in with the same issue we had on checking in. I don't know what the issue is between Hotels.com and this establishment is, but it needs to be fixed. Until this issue is fixed, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
