The Greenleaf is a wonderful inn. The staff is extremely welcoming and kind. Our bed was extremely comfortable. Friday when it rained Jersey made sure their there pumpkins available to carve. There was a fire pit the next night. The recommendations made for our dinners were fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone.

We stayed there as a last minute added night on our Maine trip late August. The location and views were amazing and Jersey is a hoot. He gives the orientation tour at check in and is very accommodating. The space is beautiful and our room was comfortable and spotless. We liked the community kitchen concept and would appreciate that next time if we stayed more to an a night. I would highly recommend this Inn and its sister property. Very relaxing vibes.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Greenleaf Inn! The inn was immaculate, comfortable, and such a welcoming place to come back to after a day of exploring. Our host was wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was the amazing view overlooking the harbor. Being able to look out and watch all the boats coming and going was so peaceful and really made our stay feel special. We’re so glad we chose the Greenleaf Inn and would absolutely stay here again!

This beautiful bed-and-breakfast in Boothbay Harbor is conveniently located to the charming downtown area that is filled with shops and restaurants. We loved all the special amenities such as the well stocked kitchen, which we were allowed to use at any time. My husband and I made a Canadian bacon and egg dish for several breakfasts along with baked goods, fresh fruit and juice. I like how you would come home with restaurant leftovers and put your name on the container and put them in the fridge. Then you could heat them up in the kitchen the next day. We did this several times. Our host, Jeremy was very attentive, helpful and had a great sense of humor. We would highly recommend this beautiful bed-and-breakfast.

I’ve never felt more genuinely welcomed at a hotel than I did at Greenleaf. The property itself was beautiful, but it was the incredible staff who truly made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond at every turn, making sure we had everything we needed and more. It felt like they weren’t just hosting us, they were taking care of us.

We had an amazing stay at this bed and breakfast! Jersey the host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms and kitchen were exceptionally well stocked with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything while still offering peace and quiet. The views were absolutely stunning and made every morning and evening special. The rooms were beautifully updated, spotless, and very comfortable, with a great blend of modern amenities and charm. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway in the boothbay area. We can’t wait to come back!

the Inn was in the perfect location. Restaurants and shops are close by. The host was a very helpful and accommodating and it was very friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family to come and visit the Greenleaf Inn. They give you the VIP treatment here . Can’t wait to return for our next stay.

Greenleaf Inn was an excellent place to stay. Mary the property manager stayed late to meet us as we were delayed in checking in. The room was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We definitely recommend this property if you are visiting Boothbay.

The location and view of this property was excellent. The staff gave good dining recommendations. The fire pit at night with s’mores was nice. We were given a nice bouquet of flowers at time of check in. The morning breakfast was a bit different. The kitchen was stocked with eggs, cream cheese, yogurt and condiments and pastries. You were responsible to make your own breakfast in the kitchen.

Never did meet the innkeeper. Never did learn how to control the AC. The 'Penthouse' had 18 inches of "closet space" and zero bureau/s. The view was great.
