Perfect location. 10 to 15 min walk to major sites. Nice staff. Modern and clean room. Parking close by for just 16euro/day. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. We stayed for 4 nights, and I would definitely come here again.

Very nice, modern hotel. Room clean and big enough. The biggest plus is that this is walking distance (15 to 20 min) to the major sites in Vienna. (Musikverein, Opera, kunsthistoriches museum... Lots of places to eat close by. Parking around the corner. If I ever go back to Vienna, this will be my first choice.

Great location, beautiful hotel but the public areas are totally redundant and soulless due to a lack of staff rendering the hotel bars being closed throughout our stay. This was extremely disappointing - we paid hotel prices and not Airbnb prices so expected more.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, within 5 mins walk of the Karlsplatz U bahn station. We had a Junior Suite (2 adults 2 children aged 7 and 10) and it was perfect for us. Lovely balcony, great breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when in Vienna.

We loved this hotel - a tiny bit out of town and a short walk to the tram/underground, but thereby benefited from being much quieter. Very high quality hotel and the signature suite double room was amazing for a young family. Staff super helpful and lovely breakfast - highly recommended!

The staff at the front desk is very friendly and informative. The housekeeping staff greeted us with warm smiles. The breakfast staff was friendly, and accommodating, however it seemed that there is perhaps a need for additional staff and additional training. Additional staff would have allowed table cleaning to occur much more quickly so hotel guests would more easily find table seating. I noticed on 2 different days, guests would wander around looking for clean seating. Additional training or staff would be helpful so services could include guidance to guests on how self serve at the restaurant buffet works, and bringing at least the first drinks of coffee/tea/water to the guest after seating them. The staff were able to refresh the buffet items in a timely manner. The breakfast items included a variety of healthy foods that were fresh and delicious. I’m pretty sure the less healthy foods were fresh and delicious as well! Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet.

I would absolutely stay again. Hotel was just a few minutes walk from the city center in a safe, clean neighborhood. The breakfast was outstanding and really set you up for the day. There is a super-marked and a pharmacy on the other side of the road. The room was quiet, just watch out for the glass door to the bathroom, it was so sparkling clean that i walked right into it!

Great property, near all the main attractions of Vienna. It’s a little more dated than expected and compared to the pictures but overall, we had a great stay! The staff was really friendly and helpful, from check-in to advices on things to do, the room was comfortable and clean, and we were in walkable distance from most of the interesting things to visit.
