Came here for a chill weekend and this hotel was absolutely the right choice!! The staff at the reception were particularly nice and very responsive. And the dining options were superb. Would definitely recommend.

Its a very nice quiet place, and the staff is very friendly.
It is right next to the water and they keep the beach clean. The pool is very nice. Food is delicious. I woikd definitely come back here to stay.

What a location..strongly recommend
I have just spent a cool weekend at this resort. The location, by the seaside is very attractive, and the noisy (in a nice way) rested my mind, refreshing me for the coming week.
Very polite staff, checking if everything is fine, ready to assist in anyway.

I like the accessibility to the beachfront. The staff is very accommodating. I booked the least expensive room, and the only furniture in the room was a bed. I asked for a garbage bin and chair, which I promptly received.

Staff where 💯 friendly.
My var man Philip was out of expectation. He would make sure you gat everything you requested on time. On my arrival the lady at tge reception desk was kind and soft warmly welcome to us.i will not not trade other for occean beach resort

Better customer service needed; my guests were accused of being fraudulent when they showed staff their Expedia reservation and weren't provided the room that was requested for them.

They wanted me to pay for the upgrade. Some rep from expedia sent me an email that the upgrade is a discount. In the end the hotel honored my upgrade without me paying extra. That experience was stressful. Iy did not set a giid tone for the start of my stay with them.
