It was a last minute stay but the room was clean and quiet. I was freezing though as the room temp was only 65 and it was 46 outside. I went to my car a couple of times to warm up.

This is a very friendly place to stay being a day, week, or longer. I find it very quiet and yet it has that country feel to it. the rooms are very clean, bed is very comfortable, the heater does work very well for the cold mornings and so does the a/c for those warmer days it's close to town and also the Military Base. and yes, I will stay here on my next visit. For me it's a win win

Loved this small, cozy and quiet motel. Easy to get to and convenient to places in Watertown, NY. Owner is doing renovation to the motel but it does not affect the rooms he is renting out. Room and bathroom were clean and the king size bed extremely comfortable with quality linens. Price was very reasonable and will definitely stay there again on future trips

The motel is placed at a good place, there is a good amount of stores & food places nearby. The motel itself is pretty clean and we didnt have issues with anything

Hotel is in a convinient location. Plenty of green space around. Some of the taps were loose in the bathroom. Overall a good stay. You can park in front of your room.

Room was decent & clean. Beds were comfy, but blankets were inadequate. AC worked fine. Appliances were clean & worked well. Plenty of hot water for showers. Two things that were an issue: 1. No grab bars in the bath tub. Tub was narrow & slippery, and felt unsafe. Even 1 grab bar would have made it feel safe. 2. There was not a desk in the room, which made it difficult as I was unable to work on things I needed to do while there.

VERY, very basic. I thought the bed was gonna break. There was an outlet right over the headboard that was being pulled so tight that the item plugged into it was pulling it sideways and out of the wall. Looked dangerous. The floor slanted and felt hollow underneath. The towels did not smell clean.
