Problems:
• The “Get directions” link took me to a completely different hotel about 4 km away.
• The address on the booking was also wrong (about two blocks away).
• I went to several wrong locations with my luggage. One place was only a bar that had nothing to do with my hotel.
• I had no local phone, so I had to turn on UK international roaming and make long calls to the numbers provided.
• After about 30 minutes on the phone I was told my room had been given to someone else and I should go to “Demark 3” and wait while they arrange room.
• I waited Demark 3 for 30 min , then was called again and I have been sent to another address, then waited again with no key until someone finally arrived after another 30 min.
