Really enjoyed our stay. The pool deck and rooftop restaurant were great. Perfect for an aperitivo with a nice view of the beach and town. Nice to have a kitchen and deck for the room. The beach club included in the stay was also very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

This place is classy, book room 119 thank me later, they have a nice rooftop pool, it’s across the street from the beach , boat docks and 1 min walk to town, the AC was great, the staff is super helpful, parking was very easy , the hotel set me up with a boat rental to zingaro reserve beaches and wow! What a highlight!!! I wanted views, I wanted classy I wanted comfort , location and this hotel hit all the spots, it’s hard to find another hotel in San Vito that can compare.

We had a memorable stay. A charming and modern hotel just a stone throw to the beach and restaurants. We loved the resort it is a relaxing and elegant place with amazing food to discover. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. We give thanks to Paulo in the restaurant, his service was a pleasure. The spa is amazing for a small hotel. Breakfast had a reasonable selection and the light lunch salads are delicious. The pool area is very smart and there are wonderful cliff and hilly views above the rooftops of San Vito Lo Capo all around. We loved the vibe and highly recommend this chic hotel.

6/10 Gott

Beautiful hotel, modern rooms , great bathrooms. Pool was lovely and location unbeatable. Breakfast needs improving, too many cakes and not enough healthy options, we saw lovely fruit in the super market, yet the breakfast only had melon. A better selection of yogurts, some cooked to order options would be a bonus or offer rooms on a room only basis and let the guest have breakfast in a local cafe. To make this hotel outstanding it would be great if it was adult only, too many annoying children in the pool and making a racket at breakfast. However I would still return given these gripes ! All the staff were lovely, especially Marco at the pool.

Absolutely supreme! Super clean beautiful hotel. The public beach is 2 mins away but they have a private beach 10 minute walk and absolutely worth it- chairs are reserved and close to the water . The beach is like the Caribbean. Absolutely amazing hotel and I travel extensively . This hotel is great!!! Highly recommend.

The San Vito resort was spectacular. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The resort is new and well-maintained. It was very convenient to have a parking garage located below the hotel. We enjoyed being accessible to the beach. It was only a few steps away. There are tons of restaurants in the town and many options to choose from with all price ranges and food selections. I will definitely return to San Vito and the resort.

The hotel itself is beautiful – modern, spotless, and with excellent facilities. The pool area is fantastic, and the location is perfect for enjoying San Vito Lo Capo. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the property. Staff were often unavailable, unhelpful, and lacked the warmth and professionalism you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. Improving the service could easily make this one of the best places to stay in the area.

We had a very relaxing stay at San Vito Resort. The only thing that comes to mind is the entrance to the car park – every time you want to leave or enter the car park, you have to ring a bell. Sometimes it took a few minutes before you could drive off. Why isn't it possible to use the hotel card to enter and exit the car park – as we saw, there is already a sensor for this... The prices at the pool bar were also a bit high – but that's nothing unusual.

Very Unpleasant and Frustrating Experience

When we arrived at the hotel to check in, I spoke to them in English even though I speak Italian. I overheard them speaking in Italian, saying that the air conditioner wasn’t working. We took the keys to our family suite and entered, only to find that the air conditioner was indeed not working and was making a very loud noise, like a tractor. After several attempts to contact the reception, I was told the first time that a technician had checked it and found no issue. An hour later, I felt like my head was going to explode — we couldn’t sleep. After multiple calls to reception, and after contacting the Hotel.com website they informed the hotel, they finally decided to change our suite. The receptionist put the beach towels in a bag for other guests and told them it was a gift, while she handed the towels to us without a bag. It was a very bad experience and the service was not pleasant. Everything had an extra charge — parking was €15 per night. They gave us beach towels for free, but if they got dirty, we had to pay extra to replace them. Although I had already paid the tourist tax during the booking, I was asked to pay an additional €3 per person per night for myself and my family. After four nights and with four people, we ended up paying €48 in tourist taxes. This is the first time i bok hotel and the hotel charges med tax It was a very bad experience overall, and to top it off, the first suite didn’t have a sea view, even though I had paid extra for one.
