I was ecstatic about my stay until I went to check out. James at the front desk was NOT friendly at all which was a shame because everyone else I encountered was very nice. If I was a customer walking in and would have encountered James with his very lack luster attitude, I probably would have gone elsewhere. Also, the system that is in place where you can purchase goods in the lobby and charge against the room is terrible. I was told that a kid who was not with me or had any affiliation with me gave my room # to charge their items, claiming I was their aunt. I have no brothers or sisters. ID needs to be shown with every purchase to ensure that that the room # matches the person making the purchase. Now I have to fight for the 13.00 that was charged. May not seem like a lot but its the principle of it. When I called to speak with the supervisor Sunday morning, July 5th, I was met with a sigh as if she could have cared less what I was saying. I am not confident this will be resolved. It's really a shame because now Yourspace has lost a customer. If this is not resolved, I will be forced to go to the BBB. The only thing I charged was 3.87 for a smart water. I am an honest person who wouldn't think for one minute to put my purchase on a total stranger. I will not stay here again.
