The Motel was reasonably priced and it was not far from the cruise terminal. I was in town to take a cruise a couple days and to visit Disneyland and it was pretty close to both and the staff were nice. The room was clean could’ve been maintained a little better and took a little while for the water for shower to heat up but otherwise it was nice and especially for the price. It was not very costly

Although the room appeared to look like it did in the pictures, pay attention to the details. The bedding was my major concern: There were twin big urine stains on the comforter. That wasn’t even the biggest issue. Underneath the bedding there were little brown marks that are know to be fecal matters from bed bugs. The bed sheet is a zip up to preserve the mattress. This is to say that this room is dealing with some major concerns. I revealed all of this to the staff onsite and he ensured me a full refund. It has been a week and nothing has been done. I cannot reach him and he will not return my messages. Only reason I stayed here in the first place was because I was running in the LONG BEACH MARATHON and all the rooms were sold out and this was the most affordable solution. Never in a million years can I have imagined this. We left and went back home, I didn’t even sit on any of the furniture not wanting to bring any of this infestation back. I never got my money back. Enter this motel at your own risk. To top it off there were drug addicts and transients walking regularly on the premises and they were not occupants for the night. TG

Clean room and bathroom, but carpet was a little dirty. Staff was extremely nice. Room was quiet. Parking for regular sized cars was adequate. Would stay there again. Great price!

The staff was very nice and accommodating and the property seemed clean and well kept but the bed was uncomfortable and it was very noisy all night long.

Staff was very courteous, the room was comfortable. Being right on the street it was a little noisy. My only real complaint was there was an odor of cat urine, was what it smelled like to me. Thankfully underlying and not overwhelming.I was gone alot and really only there to sleep so I was not extremely bothered by it. Everything else was good clean sheets ok bed and Hot water/ shower. Overall a pleasant stay. I would stay there again however they do need to address the issueof a smell of cat urine/ spray.

I selected this hotel purely based on the location (close to the event venue I attended). I didn't expect much, but to my surprise, the room had a jacuzzi! The room was updated not too long ago and fairly clean. It was missing a few typical motel items (coffee machine, tissue box, trash bin in the bathroom), and the bed was small for 2 and not very comfortable, but the jacuzzi made up for all those flaws. Parking is limited. Staff was helpful.
