Rent och luftigt rum. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam med tips på restauranger och utflykter. Bodde mitt i stan men ändå inget oväsen. Saknade bara några stolar på rummet, annars utmärkt!

There is free street parking fairly close by. The check-in instructions provided by the host were incredibly detailed and made it easy to find the property. The location is excellent, right in the main heart of a cute pedestrian/business district. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. An excellent place to stay.

Chambre dans un hôtel très central, idéalement situé pour visiter Aoste et sa région. Tout est neuf. L'accès à la chambre avec code s'est très bien passé et nous avons bien communiqué avec le gérant. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Kühkschrank war nicht ganz sauber (Glasplatte) Abfalleimer im Bad wurde vor Ankunft nicht geleert. Der Rest war 1. Klasse!

Lovely clean room with fresh towels, etc. Modern room and en suite, shower was great, bedding nice cotton sheets. It would be better if it had a fridge. It had a fan, as we were there during a heatwave, and we were thankful for it, though it was still roasting. Very central - ideal for cafes, restaurants, shopping etc. Parking is not available at the property, so we ended up parking some distance from the propy, and obviously had to make sure we got back before the ticket ran out.

The apartment was newly renovated and very clean. It is centrally located. Communications before and at checkin were straightforward. Overall great stay. I would highly recommend these apartments.

clean and quiet

new, modern, clean, neat and original,spacious,great quiet location despite being close to centre-it was so quiet that I felt like we are the only ones in the building-felt almost isolated.(we travelled in late Aug.) I may not have liked that if I was a solo traveller.Otherwise, all great!

Zentrale Lage, grosszügige & neuwertige Zimmer

Standort: Nicht leicht zu finden; die Ausstattung ist grosszügig und neuwertig; das Bad ist echt 1A. Zentrale Lage; KEINE Parkplätze in der Nähe! Falls die Registrierung via Online-Formular nicht klappt, dann einfach anrufen und es wird geholfen. Nicht geeignet für Rollstühle da kein Aufzug.

I will appreciate if you were more flexible with people that have heavy luggage and move from a place to another (as me). We have to find solutions by our own to fix the problem of having our luggage to carry on before the check in.

The location is excellent and right in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself did not meet my expectations. I rented a standard room , so my expectations were based on what is normally provided in a standard hotel room at the simular price point. The room was extremely basic and lacked amenities that are common even in budget hotels, including a small fridge, a chair, a table, an iron, and several other basic conveniences that travellers would normally expect from a standard hotel room. Some surfaces were not properly cleaned upon arrival, and even daily housekeeping was not included. The building has long, steep stairs and no lift, which may be difficult for guests with mobility issues or heavy bags. There are a few common areas, but they are empty and not furnished as social spaces. The property feels unfinished rather than minimalist. The empty common areas create no atmosphere and make the whole place feel impersonal and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, the shower door detached and fell off during my stay. Fortunately, I was not injured, but this should never happen in accommodation that charges these rates. It raised serious concerns about maintenance and guest safety. Communication with the hosts was also disappointing, as I did not feel that guest comfort was a priority. The overall impression is that guest comfort has been sacrificed in order to minimize costs and maximize profit.

Un peu de déception

Bonjour. Lorsque j'ai fais la réservation pour la nuit du 31/08 au 1er/09/25, je n'ai pas vu (lisiblement !) que c'était un appartement/Hôtel, sans accueil (nous avons eu un accueil virtuel !), sans parking proche. Nous avons dû laisser notre voiture le long d'une avenue, alors que nous avions des objets à l'intérieur. Pour résumer : sans service ! Bien sûr j'ai eu par téléphone ou par WhatsApp, une personne (Barbara). Nous étions 4 personnes, 2 couples de septuagénaires. Nous avons réussi à prendre possession de nos chambres malgré tout. Sur votre site, essayez de mieux rendre visible le faite que ce soit : appartement/hôtel !!! Pour la propreté des chambres rien à dire. Je vous avoues que nous avons malgré tout été un peu déçus par le faite que nous n'avions personne en face de nous. Mon mari et moi-même avions réservé un appart/hôtel à Lyon (France) en 2018, nous avions un accueil ainsi qu'un parking en dessous l'hôtel. Le matin nous avions une petite restauration pour le petit déjeuner avec une personne sur place. Si l'occasion se représente, je ne pense pas que l'on réservera dans votre établissement. Bien à vous.
