Checkin was confusing with limited communication. I received an email stating I could sign up for early checkin using a link, when I clicked the link, it just took me to the main Soundry page that has information on parking, wifi, etc. I called the number on hotels.com, and it was an inactive number. I found a different number, and it rang a few times then stopped. I eventually got ahold of their 24/7 customer service and inquired about checkin because it was 2 days prior and I had not received instruction, a code, etc and asked about early checkin. I was then told they were completely booked and couldn't do early check-in, which was frustrating because I received an email stating this was an option. I still did not receive any checkin code until exactly 4pm, after calling a third time. When I got to my room it was ready, which leads me to believe I could have gotten a text early but only received it because I followed up several times. The room and amenities were fine but do not expect to have access to unit early because even if it is ready, it does not appear they contact you.
