Booked within two weeks to come to NYC for my friend's birthday, who always wanted to see the Christmas lights of the city. As someone who previously worked in hotels in Sales, I had a perfect stay. The room was amazing! Loved that it had many plug outlets available for use, and the corner room had a panoramic view overlooking the city. We opened the curtains, and chose to keep them open for the duration of our stay to look out at the lights of the city at night. Loved using the keypad for room entry instead of trying to find and not demagnetize a room key. The only issue we had was getting the original digital key. Which leads to my next huge KUDOS for your staff. Audra, Rudy, and Jonathan where each amazing. Audra we first met when we got to the city/hotel early and asked to check our luggage until the room was ready. She was very busy with checkouts, guests, and the phones, but she handled everything with such graciousness and care. I have seen others including myself get flustered and bogged down in the chaos, but she took care of everything and owned the front desk. Rudy we met when we came back to check in. He was also amazing at helping us get into our room and get our bags when the digital key didn't send a code. He was so helpful and kind. We met Jonathan at 4 in the morning on our way out, and he had the biggest smile and was very friendly and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our time in New York and stay at your hotel. Hotel is A+, the staff are GOLD STARS!
