We had a spacious suite for 2 nights. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. For what it is and where it is, it suited our needs.

With the building formerly apartment units, there was plenty of space and privacy. Five of us stayed and hung out in the unit comfortably. We set up up Netflix and did spurts of hiking around the area.

Very quiet and peaceful. Had a ground floor room which was convenient with our dog and we had a patio to enjoy the evening sun. Good location to walk to restaurants, grocery store, and public pool. Beds are firm. Bring your own coffee, tea, sugar, paper towels, or buy it at the grocery store.

We love this property for the space of the rooms, and the kitchenette. The price is worth it! This time the room was not as clean as before..used bedding on the pull out..as well as the mattress for the pullout couch was terribly worn with springs causing an uncomfortable sleep

This hotel had it all - great, friendly staff; the room was huge with a living room and separate bedroom with two queen beds; the bathroom was clean; water pressure was really good; the rooms were very clean; very quiet. Our room was 207. The only down side was no coffee was provided. I think, if we asked, they probably would have found some for us. We brought our own, so no problem. It was great having an elevator as well. Great place to stay overnight or long term.

This is not a conventional hotel experience but all in all a good stay. This is an older apartment building that has transitioned some rooms into suites for rent. We had a full suite; kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom. I don't believe there was air conditioning, but at the time it wasn't needed and the heat worked. It was comfy, quiet, and our room was clean. 6/10

It's a fine place, decent size room. More geared for long term stays, like they have a coffee pot but do not give you coffee. There was never anyone at the desk. To check in we had to call to have the man come out. ***Expedia would not post my review as written*** So, I cannot say the truth about inappropriate staff clothing or the fact that charges are continuing to show up on my credit card after doing nothing wrong in my one night stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The room was nice and I liked the set up. The man who check us in was not friendly in any sort of way. He was very confused because we booked rooms at the same time as our adult son with the same name. He did not accept the confirmation number through Expedia. We did get it sorted. This is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel and he allowed our two small non shedding dogs but he gave us a lecture. “They are not allowed on the couch or the bed. When you check out the cleaning lady is going to take pictures and if there are any dog hair in the sheets or on the couch you will be penalized and billed for that.” We took our dogs for a walk and my daughter was standing in the grass with them to keep their feet clean and he came out of his room and yelled at her to get the dogs off the grass even though she tried to explain they had done their walk and potty business he continued to yell at her so she stood on the wet muddy walkway. When I came from the parking lot he stood at his door and gave the most hostile glare at us until we were out of his sight. Rude!! We are responsible pet owners and clean up after our pets and had walked them off property. Will not stay there again under this management.

The rudest front desk staff member I have ever encountered at a hotel! We booked a two-night stay for two people. When I asked for two room keys, the front desk staff member refused and provided only one key. On the second night, we requested fresh towels, but he refused to provide them and rudely questioned why we needed to shower every day. This was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable for someone working in the hospitality industry. Guests deserve basic courtesy, respect, and proper service. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone who expects respectful treatment and decent customer service.
