This hotel falsely advertised, all the great things you see about this hotel is actually the hotel it’s connected to. There is no breakfast, the pool is in another hotel there is not even staff at this hotel, if you need anything you have to go to the other hotel. Rooms very outdated and dirty. They were knocking at the door for us to leave at 9:30 check out was 11. We was not able to get in our room till after 4 making us very late for the event we paid over $300 to go to! Never ever again everything you read about this place is false. You have to stay at the Radison to receive any of this!

Pool is connected to the radisson which is very nice however the derby suites look sketchy and run down. Pictures are very misleading, it reeks of smoke when you walk in. Will not stay there again.

Absolutely god awful, I could see the ground below the flooring walking to my room. Only one light was working at it flickered. The outlets were black and burnt out. I was there for 5 minutes and left. Hey the lobby looks good tho👎

I should have known something was up when they had to check us in on a different computer. Claimed to be two queen beds in the room, there were two double beds. Heater did not work. Water leaked into our room from the room upstairs. Room had a stale musty odor in it. Pool was cloudy. No signage for the hotel on outside, only Raddison. We will not be returning. Do not recommend even for the price.
