The overall experience was great. The location could not be better and our room (Grand room) was spacious and clean. It was also quiet and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the Berlin heat wave. The only minus was the very long wait in the customer service app (took me 2 hours to talk to a person). Also the breakfast bag was a disappointment. If I realized this before, I would have not paid for the breakfast. I hope they hire more people to customer service and improve the breakfast and I would in that case stay here again.

Loved the idea of this hotel, very easy to check in and out, everything we needed like towels, coffee, etc can be found in the main lobby. Room was spacious and TV was huge. Laundry in the location was super helpful and its in a very convenient area surrounded by things to do and restaurants. I will be staying with Numa from now on, loved it!

Getting to the hotel was easy - it's only a hundred metres from the Weinmeisterstrasse stop on the U-Bahn. Access to the hotel and to our room was easy using the PIN code provided. The room was a good size with a good bathroom, and everything was clean, tidy and quiet. This is a great location for anyone staying in Berlin for a few nights. It's a 5-minute walk from Alexanderplatz, and everything in Berlin is easily accessible.
