Wheels kind of fell off our experience after first 2 days. Our double-queen room was exceptionally clean. Desk manager seemed pleasant enough. Location had easy freeway access, seemed to be safe area. But then came 2nd night returning late from Dodger Stadium to find all parking spaces in the motel’s free, gated parking, (a big selling point) all taken. We were told we would have to park in a residential area on the curb a block away. Not ok with that; they should have a vehicle limit policy with that small of a lot. Another guest had the same problem at the same time with his large pickup truck. Next day we were traveling between activities on the other side of LA and got a call and text to vacate our room because housekeeping needed to get it ready for next guest. Confused, because we had booked 4 nights through hotels.com, we talked to the mgr who had booked us for 3 nights. We had originally booked 3 nights but about a month or so before, we’d modified the booking for 4 nights. The manager threatened to move all of our belongings out if we did not come right away. But she said she had no authority to fix problem & should speak to the owner. Owner apologized for error with Hotels.com (showed Expedia on their side). We asked his solution, just 1 king room left & could add rollaway (2 stacked mattresses) for our adult daughter. I talked him into no charge for “rollaway” and lower rate of first room.Drove back to move to 2nd room-shower needs deep clean.Floor lacks a sweep/mop
