Ask for a refund when I discovered the room and property didn't match photos on the Internet But Hotels refused to refund my money If you live in the neighborhood that hotel is good for chilling or smoking

There was no one, but two mice. We were moved after the first mouse and woken up in the new room by the second. It is extremely run down and when we checked out early and asked about a refund for the night we weren’t staying, because of the mice, the manager said no and that it was non-refundable no matter the issues we had. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

The room was dirty and not properly cleaned when I arrived. On top of that, I found roaches crawling in the room during my stay. I took photos and video as evidence. This made the room feel extremely unsanitary and uncomfortable to stay in. I would not have booked this room if I had known it would be in this condition.

Other guests in hotel were extremely loud and were blasting music at 2-3am at night. Didn't get to sleep well in the hotel

Absolutely not a safe place to stay! Room smell of smoke and not up to date in what a hotel should look like. Extremely disappointed and would never recommend to anyone to stay. Place should be condemned.

I came in late on the train and even though I had been in contact with them all day about the delay… they canceled on me at a time where no other hotels were open I was forced to be on the streets at night in Chicago! I’m handicapped and use a walker and I had no where to stay…

I honestly didn't like anything about the property or the staff , the window has a paper saying be back in 15 minutes and he finally showed up after me sitting there for 45 minutes , on top of the fact that the photos they post on their page is not what you see in person not even the worker want to be there plus they have bums and Crack heads all around the parking lot

Kindest staff in the whole city | cleanliness improving | the amenities and cleanliness do not justify the price, could definitely find better for cheaper in Chicago BUT they are improving.
