There was no one, but two mice. We were moved after the first mouse and woken up in the new room by the second. It is extremely run down and when we checked out early and asked about a refund for the night we weren’t staying, because of the mice, the manager said no and that it was non-refundable no matter the issues we had. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

The room was dirty and not properly cleaned when I arrived. On top of that, I found roaches crawling in the room during my stay. I took photos and video as evidence. This made the room feel extremely unsanitary and uncomfortable to stay in. I would not have booked this room if I had known it would be in this condition.

Absolutely horrible! I had to wait an hour after check in for my room, that I ended up cleaning on my own so I didn’t have to continue to wait in my car. Then they gave my room to someone else so they just came walking in my room. I then decided to keep my luggage in the car when I left for the evening, just in case they decided to give it to someone else again. Lights hanging by electric cords. No remote to even watch tv. Curtains covered in holes, there was no tile, just bare floor under the bed, with god only knows what else. Not to mention passing 3 dope bags in the walk way from my room to car! I should’ve slept in my car!

I did not even get to see a room, they overbooked me and at least two other people in line in front of me, The office was filthy, the woman said there were two rooms that she could not even rent out due to their poor condition. The neighborhood was seedy, the parking lot itself smelled awful. I am infact glad that this plan fell through, it looked like a stay there would have been miserable.

When I pulled up into the property, I thought it was a shelter. Old people sitting in their front doors, very few cars, froʻnt offìce had one ugly chair, the office looked dirty. The receptionist was n̈ìce though. Expedia shoudn't ĺet people a world away make loʻdging decision. A local agent would have kno wn better. And they want to be paid for the whole stay when I didn't set foot in the room. I would pay foʻr the first nigĥt. Nothing else
