Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, hotel is in an excellent location near to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed and a powerful shower.

Handy hotel for the Brighton Centre, the beach and plenty of cafes, restaurants. My stay included breakfast buffet which had selection of cooked food, cereals, yoghurt, croissants, bread to toast, fruit and drinks. I had veggie sausages by request. Friendly reception.

The stay was pretty much as expected. A budget hotel with a budget standard of facilities and accommodation. The room itself was fine but basic. The bathroom smelt of drains quite strongly. The corridors smelt very badly ventilated with some smokey aromas. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty poor. Bad sausages. Luke warm beans. Bacon was ok. Go with the appropriate expectations and you won't be disappointed.

Very clean, great location, friendly staff. A great place to get your head down. But - the amenities in the room were non existent, no TV, hair dryer, iron or anything - just a bed and en-suite.

Staff were very helpful, this is the second time we have stayed here i did book a standard room but we were put in a basic room the man on the desk did explain why and gave me some money back. The room was basically clean. Unfortunately the cooked breakfast wasn't very hot but it was plentiful. We would still stay here again as it is central to amenities.

I booked 3 rooms. At check in 1 of the rooms had not been cleaned. There were viagra tablets left on bedside cabinet, wine bottles in the bin and bed had not been made. Staff were extremely apologetic and instantly provided a new room. There were no problems with the other 2 rooms. They were all clean and the location perfect for the seafront and Brighton Lanes. Despite the problem with the room not being cleaned I would definitely rebook again

Pleasent staff. Didn't realise there was,no TV in basic room. Wasent a problem just weird not seeing one . Breakfast was good. Only one bedside table for a double so partner had to use upside bin for cup of tea. But apart from that e n joyed our stay .

Enjoyable stay. Hotel 10-15 walk from station and close to beach and town centre. Front of house staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but was fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast was limited but fresh and tasty. Staff serving breakfast were friendly and helpful.

The positives of the hotel were the friendly staff and central location if you like the shops. Bed was comfy. Good to have a fridge in the room. A few things I would like to mention. The room was clean but very basic. It was very dimly lit, just one bed light and a central light. It could do with another lamp. There was nowhere to hang wet towels, no hooks in the bathroom. The TV reception was poor. No Aircon but you can open the window but there was noise coming from outside. I wasn't sure but it seemed there were other residents in the hotel who were not tourists / visitors. Is it being used at a temporary hostel for locals? I have stayed in better places for the same price
