Just fine

It wasn't fancy, but it was clean and squared away. The Jacuzzi was awesome. That was the best part. No coffee in the rooms but they had some in the office, nice out of the way hotel, The beach was awesome too. All in all it was nice we stayed for three days. Needs some pictures in the rooms though.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Gutes, teilweise renoviertes Kettenmotel in für derartige Unterkünfte hervorragender Lage: in unmittelbarer Nähe des Highways 101, dennoch ruhig, auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf die schöne Brücke über den Rogue River. Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption: 6.30–22 Uhr. Wir kamen später an, glücklicherweise gibt es jedoch einen über eine Klingel erreichbaren Nachtdienst. Freundlicher Empfang mit schnellem Check-in. Die Anlage ist nicht neu, die Zimmer sind jedoch teilweise renoviert (Bett, Waschbecken, Boden, Ablagen, Flachbildfernseher … nicht jedoch das Bad) und angenehm groß. Keine Klimaanlage (durch das eher frische Seeklima auch nicht erforderlich), aber eine effektive (und vergleichsweise leise) Heizung. Hier bekommt man für sein Geld einen sehr guten Gegenwert. Vor allem ist dank des kaum hörbaren Highways ein ungestörter Schlaf möglich. Im Zimmer sind Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, morgens gibt es zudem am Empfang kostenlos Kaffee, allerdings kein Frühstück. Adressen dafür in der Umgebung werden allerdings auf Nachfrage empfohlen.

Cheap place to sleep

No carpet.Sure sign there was Bed Bugs @one time. We stayed at 5 different motels over the course of 5 nights and by far this place was the worst.

Beautiful view

Great location in beautiful Gold Beach, OR. The view is incredible and the hotel is very clean, modern and very well maintained. We did find the room had quite an echo because of the laminate floor. The room was very large and the bed comfortable. The Saltwater Restaurant in Gold Beach should not be missed!!!! Great hotel !!!
