Huge hotel which is fairly impersonal. Reception staff on arrival were adequate only. Didn’t feel like a valued guest. No attempt to help or offer help with bags. On the positive side we had a room on 19th floor so access to lounge. Staff in lounge were fantastic but a special shout out to Malek who was a star. His ability to remember names is unbelievable but his attention to detail is amazing too. Opportunity to try many different meals. Chef was brilliant too. Very knowledgeable and explained anything we wanted to know about the food. Great base for viewing and visiting Singapore as literally on top of the MRT.

The moment we checked in until the day we checked out, they treated us with amazing hospitality! We would stay there again and recommended them to our loved ones! Perfect location for MRT. Fantastic room with a view. Loved the pool and just the hotel design. They hire some of the best employees to make the trip relaxing, enjoyable, and special! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Room was great, clean spacious, lovely shower room. Very pleasant and helpful staff too. I was delighted with the room and an early check in was a welcome (unbooked) treat after a long flight, as I had only asked to leave my bags with them until check in time- thank you!
The gym was excellent too, modern, with a very good range of equipment.
Convenient location with a MRT station very close. Much was walkable too but not so easy in the high humidity so I planned my day around the MRT and the hop on hop off bus.
I didnt eat in any of the hotel restaurants, the one on the 6th floor was full on my first night due to "delayed flight catering". After that experience, I just went out for meals. One criticism - I felt the beer was too expensive at the poolside bar.
All in all though, I thought this was a great hotel and highly recommend it.
