Dreadful standards, didn’t even stay it was so horrible! Walk in saw the room, cleanliness was so poor so left and booked elsewhere! Would not recommend until redecorating complete and basic hygiene requirements fulfilled Needs complete overhaul

Really basic, dirty and unkept room. Dust everywhere, hair all over the bathroom and really needs maintenance! Only good thing was the clean bedding.

Staff were welcoming and the room very clean. Good amount of parking and WiFi good enough for my needs Only downsides were there is no food at present (undergoing changes in management) and the speaker for the beer garden was right outside the room making it rather noisy until closing time.

Booked a studio room for me and my partner with 3 kids, do not be blinded by how the rooms look. Main room has a tv but no remote, second room has the tv bracket no tv, picture shows there to be a microwave, no microwave supplied upon asking. There is no easy accessible route to take the kids to the room late at night there is a back gate but wasn’t allowed only 1 way in or out. Asked for a refund have been denied it as the staff apparently tried to help resolve any issues when I explained it being unsafe for kids they said it is understandable was no intention of anything being resolved because I booked the only room available for 5 people so anything would be a downgrade while spending more money for the bigger room.

INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Had booked to stay for six nights, but woke-up in the early hours of the first night, with bed bugs on me, the pillow and the sheets. An horrendous experience & they the fought me when I left & requested a refund

It was ok for the money Room was tatty,toilet not fixed properly to the wall. No heating.window was broken and wouldn't close. Only tepid water from the shower and not very strong. No daily room prep. Advertisement says restaurant and breakfast which there isn't. It's a club so you could get a drink Plenty of parking and seating outside Tea facilities in room included a filthy kettle some coffee and milk a couple of cups no sugar and also no waste bin. I could have requested a bin and sugar etc but these are things which other travellers have mentioned and should have been sorted by now

The room was clean bed was comfortable, an extra pillow on the beds would be good, there was mould in the shower. Staff so polite and helpful, the bar area was good, and plenty of parking. I came for a night with my children to visit family, very easy to get to my dads and felt safe with my children.
