I really wanted to have a smooth stay, but the hotel’s new computer system created a series of issues that made the experience unnecessarily stressful.
Check-in took 45 minutes, even with three staff members assisting. Later, while I was already settled in my room, another guest was mistakenly assigned the same room, which was both awkward and concerning. When I went back to the front desk, they insisted I was in another room (112) even though I had been checked into 106.
To finish things off, my checkout receipt showed eight separate transactions on my credit card—random debits and credits that didn’t clearly balance out. It was very confusing and left me double-checking everything afterward.
The staff were polite and clearly trying, but the overall experience fell far below expectations. I hope they sort out the system issues soon, because right now it’s not guest-friendly.
