I booked and couldn't get into the lobby. I called and they couldn't find my booking. I was charged and couldn't get a room.

This economy inn hotel is in no condition to stay, not safe, the doors don't lock, people smoke and drinks outside. The front desk kids hanging around with blankets, food all over the place. It was disgusting all around. Never again. We had to leave and go pay to stay at the Rodeway Inn. Not safe at all.

When I got to the hotel, there was no one there there and nothing was open. There were no other people there I couldn’t find any anyway or anyone to help me get to a room so I had to leave and find another hotel. The property looked deserted and not very welcoming. It was a very scary pplace. place.

Nobody at front desk. Finally after 30 min they showed up at front desk. I told the attendant i did not like the plsce snf i wanted to cancel my reservation. He told me he can not, that said they only clean the rooms.

Just needed a quick night to stay halfway between home and Houston. Location was convenient. As many states in reviews, there is no front desk attendant, you message the property on here and they come meet you. Room was clean, but… Bed was rock hard and there were people outside yelling/blasting music all night long. Will definitely not stay there again.

Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out. Ive been here for three days already without a functioning lock on my door.

Roaches dirty bathroom the only good thing was the bed it was soft but we slept on top of the blankets if we wasn’t so tired we would not of stayed woke up and left didn’t shower or anything

We made it to the property after midnight and the place was closed. Lights off and doors locked. This place is dirty and not maintained, the pictures in the property description are completely inaccurate. I don’t understand how Expedia can list such an awful place. We never was able to get checked into our room and stayed elsewhere.
