Arrived and I got told I had booked two rooms, and four breakfasts which obviously was a mistake. Whilst I was on the phone in the lobby trying to sort it out they took the money for both rooms and the four breakfasts off my card! WTH I was trying to sort it out. You had no authorisation to do that especially not the breakfast. Expedia called them they agreed to only charge half for the room. I went back to the desk agreed to pay half for the unwanted room and cancel all the breakfast at which point the arrogant manager just said he is cancelling my entire booking and find some where else to stay and my credit got the rooms will take up to 5 days I think he was hoping that I didn’t have money for another hotel room. Shame really because this is my normal go to hotel. I’m sure it could have been sorted out. But every disappointment is a blessing found another hotel which has now become my new recommended go to hotel. Still not got the refund but I had a great night in hull thanks
