An enjoyable stay
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mix of experiences, but overall, I found it to be a pleasant stay.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the underground station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Within 5 to 10 minutes, I discovered numerous trendy shops offering affordable accessories and cosmetics, perfect for young fashion enthusiasts. Additionally, there's a vibrant selection of restaurants nearby, including an Italian restaurant located on the 21st floor, which also serves as the hotel check-in lobby.
Room Amenities: The room had a minimalistic design but was well-equipped. It featured adequate lighting, separate bathrooms and toilets, a hair dryer, an air purifier, a safe, a small refrigerator, and a TV. I appreciated the daily cleaning service, and the janitorial staff were extremely friendly, always greeting me with warm smiles and communicating in a bit of English, which was nice.
Check-In Experience: Although the official check-in time was 3 PM, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my room at 1:30 PM due to my hotel membership. The reception staff were fluent in English, efficient, and very helpful, making the check-in process smooth.
Areas for Improvement: However, there were some issues with the room's electrical sockets. Even when using their provided plugs or my own, only 2 out of 4 sockets worked properly. This is an area the hotel could improve on to enhance the overall guest experience.
