Amazing Location in the City Centre well connected to all the scenic hotspots. The rooftop bar on the corner of the street offers an Amazing view over the tiber and the old part of the town.

The rooms are very nice and the staff helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. There are no wardrobe or drawers available in the room, only hanging space, and there was plenty of that. Please note that the listing states that breakfast is included and available at the restaurant downstairs and that is not accurate. There was nothing available and nothing was included. This is the primary reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. The location is great, walkable to Vatican City, and the main attractions of Rome only 15 minutes away on foot. We did have an issue where my wife spilled water on the bed from her water bottle and they didn't have an extra set of sheets available to swap out. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again, just know that this is not a place with a lot of amenities.

Excellent location - loved how close it was to where we wanted to be. Getting into the location was easy with the instructions provided. The room was clean and comfortable (although the AC never got below 21' C). The room had 1 chair in it (it could use a second one when 2 people are staying) and there is only the barest of minimum of a lobby. Reason for 4 star as opposed to 5 star - on the properties website (we check more than just the booking site) it claimed to have breakfast included ("Breakfast is included but served in the bar below the property.") - which is NOT true - when asked, the reply was "we haven't done that in a couple of years" - this was one of the reasons we booked this property, so we didn't have to scrounge around to find a breakfast. One other item about the bar below - on Saturday night, there was music blaring from it well past 11 PM - we certainly could hear it. Didn't notice it at all on other nights, but an FYI...

Interesting hotel - excellent location - can walk to a lot of major landmarks including the Pantheon and Trvi Fountain. Has an elevator but it is a very small hotel with no 24/7 staff on site to help. We only needed one night and when we got there in the morning the staff was able to help. Checkout was on our own. The location and room are great.

Very nice room with quality bed in a quiet part of town. Lovely high ceilings and a cool old elevator in the building. I wouldn’t call it a suite and the fridge wasn’t cold but apart from that, we really liked it.

The bedding was very comfortable. For air travelors with liquid limitations, having bdy lotion dispenser and shower gel dispenser in shower stall would have been very helpful. We did use the hair dryer, iron, safe )super helpful) and refrigerator! Front desk personnel very accommodating! Thank you!
