I realize this is a budget friendly chain, but the disrepair of the building is beyond anything I've experienced in your franchise. We stayed one night and asked for a refund for the remaining 2 nights. However, because we paid cash, we had to wait until Monday Morning. People traveling and visiting family don't want to have their time spent dealing with a substandard establishment. When I arrived on Monday to collect the refund I was greeted with a scoff, eye roll, and a no indicated head shake with a snide tone of "I'll just give you the money." I wasn't rude or loud. I was the customer inconvenienced to return to handle the refund. I won't appologize for your employee's inconvenience.
