When I checked in the room I was assigned to119 was not cleaned, I was re assigned to room 117. The next morning the a/c did not work and the toilet overflowed. I went to the front desk and notified a lady who in turn notified the housekeeper who gave me a plunger and towels to clean the mess up. We asked to be moved to a different room and was told yes as soon as one was available the hotel would call and we could move our belongings, I did receive a call at 10:57am on 4/26 I moved our belongings to room 111. At 9:33pm I received a phone call stating that there was some type of mix up and my belongings were moved back to room 117 because room 111 was rented to some one else and they were in the room. I asked if a specific item that was in the bedside drawer had been moved and the answer I received was "no I didn't know it was there and I will go get it and move it". Upon retuning to the hotel I still wasn't given an explanation to why my personal belonging were moved other than it wasn't properly noted in the system, yet I had a key to the new room? and I didn't know your name? yet I received a phone call to tell me my belongings had been moved-they had my phone number- the other person in my party had personal property missing and police report has been filed. Room 117 was not properly cleaned due to toilet overflow the carpet was wet and had not been properly shampooed.
