Advantages of this hotel include its close proximity to Universal Orlando, a safe and quiet environment, and competitive pricing. The pool area is also well-maintained. However, the website's promotional images do not accurately reflect the current condition of the rooms, which appear to be in need of updating. Furthermore, cleanliness was a significant concern, with dirty carpets, bathroom floors, and elevator floors observed, alongside a pervasive strong odor throughout the premises. The mattresses were also notably firm.

This is a beautiful hidden gem in Orlando. The property is a bit age and it shows in some of the areas but the rooms are fantastic and the staff is very polite and helpful.

This place needs some serious updating. The hot water in the room was great but shower and spout all leaked so pressure was horrible. Tv doesn't have options for streaming, so you can watch infomercials for hours if you can get the remote to work. Pool was nice though

As soon as we reached the third floor, the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. From room 315 all the way down to 327, the entire hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I even had to place a towel under our door especially at night because the odor would drift into our room. I was traveling with my 7-year-old daughter, and she literally had to cover her nose every time we walked through the hallway. This was especially disappointing because at check-in, the no-smoking policy was emphasized and enforced, which I appreciated. However, the third floor consistently smelled like cigarette smoke everyday of our stay. I do want to mention that the staff member we interacted with was great. The hotel room was clean but the condition of the floor made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback.

Positives- quiet, lovely pool and hot tub, very few people staying their which we loved, great location, and the price. Areas for improvement - update signage and website. Restaurant, bar, breakfast no longer available. main office is located away from the main entrance. None of those things bothered us. Cheap stay at a great location with an awesome pool.

The overall look of the property is good. It is not trashy or anything. The pool area is big and nice but the gazebos are dated. The rugs throughout the hotel are old and could use a good cleaning especially in the room. Customer service was good though and I have no complaints there
