Had to change rooms three times

The staff at the hotel is extremely nice. I had to switch rooms three times, because the first room they put me in, the TV did not work, the second room they put me in the drapes were torn from the ceiling and lying on the floor. The third room they puts me in was finally okay.

This location is convenient. However lacks general cleanliness, and maintenance. The first room had stained sheets and towels with holes in them, bugs in the bed I believe silverfish. The buffet was limited and not maintained, no paper towels only a Kleenex box. No television the staff said it would be restored at 6pm the day I was leaving.

I left a small sewing bag behind and housekeeping didn't turn it in . When I contacted the hotel, staff was not helpful in trying to help me retrieve it. I'm sorry because my granddaughter lives there now. I will seek out a different hotel.

Absolutely disgusting. We used to stay here a few times a year. This place went downhill quick. The bed was full of wet brown stains on the sheets UNDER the comforter. They offered to change sheets. Cool no thanks we left. Pillow cases were brown too, smelled like vomit in the room

The stay was Great in terms of Good Enough if all one wants is a stay- the staff and cleanliness is great but the rest is pretty basic and I thought the daily charges don’t warrant the basic accommodation that they have.

Horrible stay

When we got there, there was nobody working at the counter rang the bell several times finally asked an individual that was sitting in the lobby. They were part of the cleaning staff they had to go and get the manager to get us to our room once we got in a room, odor the stains on all of the sheets and pillowcases the dog next-door barking in the room across the hall we got moved to another room which had even a stronger odor sheets, not clean curtains hanging off. We grabbed our stuff and we left. We refused to stay there and now we are trying to get reimbursement And that looks like it’s gonna be a complete loss.

The only thing that I did not like was there was only one outlet to run everything the refrigerator microwave TV had to unplug the refrigerator to run. The microwave had to unplug the microwave through the cable for the TV.
