No recommendation
This hotel fell far below expectations given its reputation. I arrived early in the morning and asked if early check-in was possible. I was told it was, so I came back at the given time, only to be told it wasn’t available, and I ended up waiting over an hour. When I returned from outside later, I found an apology note and some fruit in the room, presumably as compensation for the inconvenience. However, I noticed dust on the fruit, which was disappointing.
The next morning at the breakfast buffet, a guide directed me to a table, so I placed my room key and belongings there and went to get food. When I returned, someone else was sitting at my table. I called a server, who moved the person to another table. However, when I went to get more food and came back, the same person was sitting there again. I had to ask the server once more to resolve the situation, and this happened repeatedly, making it difficult to eat in peace.
Additionally, the staff placed a food waste container next to my table. I asked them to move it elsewhere, but they ignored me.
I cannot understand how this hotel holds such a prestigious name. It was dirty, poorly managed, and lacked basic courtesy. What’s the point of being in a good location if the service and experience are this terrible? I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
