I was initially leery after reading some of the reviews, but once I arrived, my husband and I received five-star treatment during our entire stay! The staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs. Zane was exceptional, going out of her way to make us feel very special. The housekeeping manager was also exceptional in his attention to making our stay special and stress free. Every communication with staff was kind and respectful. The facility was clean, well kept, up-to-date, simply divine! The only inconvenience was that the In-house restaurant was not open, but I was made aware of that before our arrival date. Another thing that I expected based on reading some of the reviews, was that there would be some hidden charges. Upon our checkout, I expected some charges, especially since we received such exceptional hospitality, including a complimentary bottle of wine, a charcuterie, board, an array of truffles in our room, and excellent valet services. We also knew that we would be responsible for tips for the complementary breakfast each morning, so we expected to see some charges on our final bill. To our surprise, our total charges for a five night stay was 17.00. I was certain that they forgot to put something on there so I asked a ton of questions to make sure nothing was forgotten and I was assured that it was accurate. I waited a few days to see if anything would show up on my credit card and it has not. The Arrabelle a 5-star must-stay and I highly recommend!
