Terrible
This was the 3rd time i stayed at this property but its definitely going to be the last time. I had booked an overnight stay through hotels.com and paid for it earlier in the day. Upon arrival at the hotel there were about 10 people in the lobby waiting to check in. Apparently the rooms were not ready yet and i wasn't able to check in till about 320p. Check in is 3p. After getting upstairs and getting comfortable, to my utter shock as well as my girlfriend's. Someone tried to get access to the room. They actually opened the door but the latch prevented them from getting access to the room. I yelled at the person that some else was already in here. The front desk person tried to blame me by saying that i probably disnt shut the door all the way. This was disproved by us not being able to get back into the room after we went to dinner. We had to go back downstairs to the lobby to have the keycard reactivated for the room. So they essential assigned the room to the other person who tried to get in after they had initially assigned it to me. This experience was truly scary and made me feel unsafe. Add to that my credit card was charged twice for 2 incidental charges 1 for $50 & a 2nd for $78.12. Worst experience ever in a hotel and i wont be going back. The lady i spoke to when checking out just kept apologizing and refused to do anything else. No offer of a credit, voucher, bag of chips. Nothing. Customer Service was pathetic.
