The one and only

The owners and/or staff were amazing and I believe that this is on if if not the only one hotel that's worth staying at if you're ever in West Fargo North Dakota

Not great not the worst. You get what you pay for. We just needed a place to stay for a family event. In late out early. Cheap and did the job.

Family visit

When I stay in a room on the main floor, I always check if the window is locked. My room window lock was broken. The desk clerk/hotel manager was offering to use a plastic curtain pull to jam between the windows. Not a good remedy since the rod bent. He offered a new room on second floor. I accepted. The window did not lock in this room either. Being on second floor, I figured I was safer. I noticed a window screen was ripped in a second floor window. The plastic stair runners were dirty. No front desk person upon check-in. A guest had to show me how to ring for the desk clerk. There wasn’t a sign or information on how to request assistance. The room was clean. Parking is safe. The hotel is in the process of updates.

8/10 Very good

A really decent place for a decent night’s sleep.

Clearly, this was a newly renovated room in a hotel that caters to people who need a place to stay for a week or two at a time. It was clean and I really glad that there was no carpet and tile flooring. The bathroom was very nice. I had a room with two queen size beds and they were very tall probably about 27 or 28 inches above the floor. I of course only used one, but it was really comfortable. However there were a couple of things that were missing all of them are minor. There were only two twin size pillows on each bed, which made me glad that I had brought my own. There was no trashcan in the room or in the bathroom area and no place to hang up my clothes but all in all I had a great night sleep for both nights that I was there so I really can’t complain about anything major.

2/10 Poor

Our last night there AC went out on us and room was really hot. First night was acting up but started working again so we stayed in the room. They offered to give us a new room but it was working the 2 days so we decided to stay in the same room. Last night was a terrible experience.

This property should be inspected by the state health inspector. Dog pee and poop in the room. The odor was so bad like mold and per urine. The hair was so bad around the bed legs you could tell they dont clean. The filters in the air conditioner had about 2 in thick hair. The bedding had not been washed. Cigarette burns in the bedding. The staff had to ask what room they could put people in cause they dont use all the rooms cause of poor conditions. We had 5 other people outside with us looking for other rooms to move to. I never leave reviews but this is not safe and should be shut down.

It was what I expected for the price I paid. Overall, I was totally satisfied

Nothing about the hotel was clean. The hallways were gross and hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. Behind the nightstand were chips and crumbs. The beds had clearly been made with the same bedding from the previous guests. The woman at the front desk was very nice, though!

2/10 Poor

There was an unknown substance in the light fixture over the sink. Dead bolt for lock was broke off. Holes in the carpet. Either full blast heat or ice cold. Holes in the carpet and blankets.

You get what you pay for

This place is a downgraded howard johnson. Granted, it was a cheap hotel. It is an okay place to crash for a night, there's a lot to be desired for improvements here. Wallpaper was peeling off the wallThe smoke detector was in the dresser drawer, in the stand the refrigerator was on was just gross. They had duct tape holding the door on the fridge shut. Plus side is the beds were fairly comfortable. It appears this hotel focuses a lot on long term stays.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been too

This hotel is so run down I think the roaches moved out. The A/C hasn’t been cleaned in at least a year, the box spring to the bed had what looked like blood all over it, there is mold on the walls and around the windows. I think I need a tetanus shot after staying there. 0/10 do not use this place

You get what you pay for, customer service AMAZING

This hotel has weekly rates so it is what you would expect as far as amenities: old, outdated, and not high on accommodations. HOWEVER, the family that appears to own/operate it are fantastic. They more than willing to be helpful which was huge since I didn't rent a car while in Fargo. They even offered to drop me off at the airport at 4am if I had problems with Uber. So it's not somewhere I would bring my wife on a vacation, but it fit our needs perfectly and we appreciate the operators more than the room.

Typical for price

You get what you pay for. Had some gravel in our bed when we pulled the sheets back. Toilet paper holder was broke. Towels were paper thin. What I expected for what I paid

They called me the day of my reservation and said that if I didn’t pay that minute they were cancelling my reservation and giving it to someone in front of them willing to pay more for the room. I was driving through Canada and this was not in the rules for reserving the room. They ended up cancelling and leaving me to look for another room.
