New and friendly...
New Hotel, large rooms, have everything but no fridge. Friendly personal. Good Indian breakfast with chauffeur service at sister hotel.
Bed is good, could be little softer.

Floor was dirty with paint. It doesn't worth compared to fee, but staff was nice.
