Nice efficient room with mini kitchen, and decent bed. Nothing fancy, but totally fine for getting around Melbourne on transit. A Woolworths was only a block away for decent groceries.

This property would be excellent for a medium or longer stay in Melbourne. Great location, great kitchen facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good value for money, modern decor and simple layout with being a top tier location. You might find something in your room that might not be working properly like a heater in my case which isn’t a big deal when you’re getting probably the best bang for buck in the area. When I presented the heater issue the staff were fast, friendly and helpful with a replacement heater. For the price the room was excellent. Highly recommended

This property is a little gem. It is good value for money, well located fir transport and close to some great restaurants. The staff are super friendly. The room was cosy and the bed very comfortable.

Hot water service stopped working overnight. Informed the Staff and they reset it early next morning but still no hot water for showers before checking out. Customer complaint service was ordinary.

You get what you pay for. It lived up to my expectations I was not impressed nor was I disappointed in any way. It is what it is, neat and tidy no fuss accommodation for the budget conscious traveller

Despite the cockroach and AC, it’s fair in general. Staff is nice, helpful and responsive for enquiry. It will be great if check condition of the AC and repair/install a new one if necessary, it didn’t function properly sometimes, I was awake several times with sweat. Meanwhile, found dust from the AC on floor. Perhaps it’s time to get a AC. But I was satisfied with room in general, with basic utensils for my daily cooking.

Dishwasher was full of mouldy water. Shower was discussingly dirty Toilet was dirty, there was also no toilet paper in the bathroom or studo. There were used bags of something in the bathroom cupboard. One of the beds was broken. All the lamps were misding the light globes Windows in the room wouldnt close. Was book for 5 people to stay, only supplied 2 pilows. This was all reported to the staff on the night and the next morning. Asked to speak with a manger, was told they would call, never recived call. This place is no fit for people to stay in. Extremely disappointed in yhe rooms condition.

Apartment was in a good location. Close to Lygon Street restaurants. I did require parking and and while the hotel description said there was off site parking nearby for $20 per night, the check in staff could not tell me where that was. I was left to find a park myself, which ended up costing $50 overnight. So although the accommodation was slightly cheaper than near by hotels, the fact the parking cost so much, it would've worked out better to stay at one of the more expensive hotels, that had on site parking for $20 - $30. I had planned on watching the football on TV, however the TVs do not have regular TV antenna connection. Only limited streamable content, which did not include the live tv channel apps. Shower setup was weird, with the door opening inwards and covering the taps, making it impossible to turn the water on from out of the shower to get temperature right, before stepping in, so the risk of burning yourself is very real. Water also leaked out through the shower door, making the floor very wet and slippery once you step out. Pretty low quality, flimsy towel supplied for drying yourself also. Room was clean though and fairly comfortable, although the bed was a little firm for my liking.
