Very warm friendly staff, clean and tidy room. Although tucked away in a very busy side street. Easy walk to local amenities.

Great location, comfortable room. All staff were so friendly especially Front of House Manager Kale who couldn't do enough for you. Choice at breakfast was a bit limited, and plastic mugs for tea/coffee was dissapointing. But nonetheless a great stay. Definitely recommend.

The advantage of this hotel is that it is located so well! There was a Dimseom restaurant nearby and many things were convenient. First of all, I was so happy that Courtney was very kind and considerate.

Comfortable place in city centre Hong Kong beautiful breakfast

This is a standard property sufficient for any type of traveller. The room is a bit dated, but satisfactory with great views. The bathroom door doubles as the shower door when swung inwards. The breakfast is sufficient with a eggs, congee, a variety of breakfast meats, a couple fruit choices, noodles, etc. Nothing special as far as Asian breakfast buffets go. The property is also very conveniently located in Sheung Wan, so close to a lot of places for business or tourist travel. Another positive was that there is a self-service laundry room, which is helpful for longer travel, though relatively expensive ($40 HKD per wash and the same per dry). There is no gym, which was disappointing.

Hotel room is as expected in Hong Kong: it is crowded and well organized; the only exception is that possibly due to the weather the blankets in the room is a bit more damp and makes them heavy in you.
