飯店人員訓練不足Check in弄錯人，配房原本配了7樓，改到2樓遇上路邊車聲隔音不好問題，停車資訊在隔天退房時也沒有改過去。入住也沒告知早餐時間＆地點，櫃檯電話房間打去永遠沒人接，房間浴室排水有問題，會淹到外面。 早餐到10:30,9:45早餐已經沒有東西。如果沒有跟台北松江館比，可能以為商旅就這水平，但事實上松江館不是這樣 跟台北分館比水平落差很大。 價錢往上跳但水準往下走

3 of us stayed for one night. The hotel only left 1/4 of the toilet paper in the bathroom and no extra roll was found. I do not understand the logic of this. Part of the plastic pieces of the shower head fell while my niece was taking a shower and hit her head. Obviously the facility is not well maintained. No staff at the front desk for assistance during our stay. The rate was doubled on weekend which is completely overcharged. I will not stay at this hotel ever again.
