The first night that I stayed, I was in a damp, mildew smelling room. The tissues, toilet paper, bed, pillows etc was all damp. The smell was very heavy. I was told there was not another room available. I had a terrible night, unable to sleep well after driving 7 hours alone. The next morning I had a sore throat and stuffy nose. I went in the take a shower and noted.mold on the bathroom wall. After informing the front desk they were able to change my room that afternoon. The day I checked out I asked to speak to the manager who apologize and I told her that I didn't ferl that I should be charged for that first night which she agreed. She said since I paid via Expedia they would refund me. I don’t understand because I paid in advance for my stay. I have yet to receive any credits to date.
