Was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. First of all, we got bitten by bed bugs and found out at midnight when we were sleeping. We have dealt with bed bugs before, so we knew how easily can bed bugs jump onto our clothes and follow us home. We were super STRESSED. Luckily we caught one bed bug and have thus proof. We got down and asked for a change of room, the receptionist did everything quickly but he said he is just a short term employee, and we should wait to explain everything to the morning receptionist. Ok, fine. We were still very scared that we would get bed bugs again, because none of the rooms we got was cleaned properly. I can still find hairs on our beds and blankets even before we sit on them!!!! We asked the hotel to clean the new room and change bedsheets once again in the morning, and was about to explain our distress about bed bugs to the morning receptionist. The second we opened our mouth, the guy said:»Åhh i know i know, sorry for that, sorry sorry» with insincere expression. JUST PLAIN SORRY, he did not even asked how we were, were we got bitten, did we get to sleep. NOTHING! Worst customer service I have ever experienced i a while. We did not even get to explain or show him the bed bugs so the hotel could call pest controll and help because bed bugs may spread all over that floor. He just sorry to shoved us away. Did not offer any discount or voucher as compensation for the EXTREME DISCOMFORT we experienced duribg our stay here. AWFUL!!!
