I arrived at the property and was told the cable did not work, and the desk clerk did not know when it would be repaired. The cable was out for the 3 days I was there. No consideration to reduce the bill.
Breakfast was poor. No eggs, bacon, sausage, cranberry juice or water. No bottled juice. Poor selection-only OJ, waffles, bagels/toast, and cereal. The breakfast area was messy. No hostess to keep the area clean.
The internet went out on the second day! Again, there was no consideration for reducing the bill and no real apology from the desk staff. The clerk did allow me to use her phone as a hot spot for my meeting.
The furniture in the lobby and my room was old and scratched. The seat cushions are ripped. I found ants in the bathroom on the 2nd day. The elevator has graffiti. There is only one trash can in my room. The towel bar came off the wall and the handle on the shower was crooked.
The property is under renovation. It would be nice if the desk staff acknowledged that when I arrived, apologized for the mess, and stated they would do their best to serve me under the circumstances.
It's an inexpensive hotel. I guess I got what I paid for!
