If we hasn’t been fortunate to find an English speaking person with a phone we wouldn’t have found the hotel on our own! The hotel sent someone to meet us and help us with our luggage ands dunes our way!! Hotel was very nice, good breakfasts! Lovely staff!!

Awesome room with fantastic view of the Caldera. Relaxing and quiet. Nice, helpful manager. Only downside was I had an early flight and had go lug my luggage up several winding paths and steps to reach the Taxi stand. My advice is to arrive and leave during business hours and the manager should help with your luggage.

Kratiris View Luxury Hotel has the most incredible view in Santorini. The hotel was extremely clean, and the family and staff were amazing. We enjoyed going to their restaurant for breakfast, appetizers and drinks. The only downsize (to Santorini in general) is the very hilly walkways. It can be quite dangerous for older people. The hotel is built on the edge of the Caldera and you must go down many steps to get to and from your room each time. A bit treacherous for many people. The hotel should make travelers aware that if they are handicapped in any way, this hotel (and the town of Fira) is not a good choice for them. Overall, it was a splendid stay. Santorini is a gorgeous, magical place.

Great location in many respects - below the main pathway so your view of the Caldera is clean excluding all the tourists walking around. In October it provides an excellent view of the sunset in the peaceful and quiet comfort of your room & veranda away from the competing crowds. Also close to restaurants and shopping but adjacent enough to ensure your privacy. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. We really lucked out with our choice and recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Santorini.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Santorini. The manager on sight was so kind and helpful. He arranged for a hotel shuttle and accommodated our late night check in as we arrived after midnight. I booked the suite with a private plunge pool. The room was spacious and clean and the views were absolutely spectacular. Location is walking distance to everything you need, bus terminal, shops and restaurants. I highly enjoyed my stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE All the bad reviews of this hotel is accurate. We booked this hotel for our honeymoon but we checked out a couple hours later and booked another hotel. These were the issues and they were ignored by the hotel and were not addressed: - Heating and AC was not working - Hot tub is NOT hot - Room was dirty - No reception and unresponsiveness - No kettle / coffee maker The only good thing about this place is the view. Do yourself favor and stay somewhere else. There’s a lot of better options!

Great stay.

We stayed here because I wanted a beautiful place with a pool with a great view. We got it all. Place was very clean. Bed was great. We left very early the best morning but manager offered to give us some food and drink the night before so we had something to eat in the morning. We got to stay during full moon and at 5am got an awesome photo of it.

Amazing view. All the staff, especially the hotel manager Panos, were amazing. Helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend it. Just be aware that there is isn't a lot of privacy on the balcony but you have some of the best views of the old port.
