Une nuit en couple dans le quartier animé du 10ème, entre Gare du Nord et Gare de l’Est (pas le meilleur quartier à mon goût). Mais l’hôtel est bien entretenu, le personnel sympa. Petite chambre mais coquette et moderne.

The Hotel Mademoiselle gave us a really lovely stay. It is very close to the Gard Du Nord, and easy to find, but it was still quiet without any traffic noise. The room was clean, with a large and comfortable bed. There was a continental breakfast available, and this was all good quality food. There was a large selection of options and you could eat inside or in the courtyard, which was very pleasant. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and they sent us away with a selection of pastries when we were checking out, because they didn't want us to miss out on breakfast due to an early train. We would definitely stay again. Thank you helping to make our son's first trip abroad so enjoyable!

Leuk hotel met erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. Wij hadden een kamer op de bovenste verdieping en die was geweldig!

Very basic hotel, Extremely small bedrooms, sink literally into the shower - you have to step into the shower to clean your hands or brush your teeth! reception was ok but not very friendly. Spa supposedly included is only 1h free in the morning, and when wanted to book a paying session, was fully booked the whole day for external guests.. disappointed as I booked this hotel for the spa mainly. Very expensive for the quality and services provided. Not more than a standard 3* hotel in my opinion. Also and despite it is written in the booking that check-in only starts at 3pm, I called 3 hours before to ask if I could check in at 2.30pm. they simply answered it would not be possible. So not concilient at all, that wasn't a big ask

This is a charming albeit old hotel. The staff were amazing. Location is convenient. My only complaint was the wireless internet barely worked and I had to do work from my room so I kept having to purchase more data for my phone.

Amazing location near Gare du Nord w great access to central Paris. We had plans change at the last minute and staff were very helpful. Upgraded to a junior suite for free when they noticed we were traveling with a child. Air conditioning worked great, room was comfortable, shower had great water pressure. All amenities 10/10. Would definitely stay again!

Location is great, staff are not that friendly at the reception, e.g. both of us are checking in and she is still giving one key, no friendly smile, no much welcome even though this is the 4th time at the hotel. No mention of an upgrade and telling us if we want our free bottle of wine to go and get it for the bar. Breakfast was chaotic with one coffee machine not working and the other machine struggling. Reception at checkout was arguing with me that I said to hotels.com that reception is not friendly, makes me think carefully before booking this place again!

Very nice and comfortable hotel in a very convenient location. We wanted to stay near Gare du Nord and this was a great option. On a quiet side street and close to many restaurants and a covered market. Staff were very helpful.

The whole experience in staying in this hotel is the best. Rooms are clean, there is no issues found. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts have everything you want or like. The hotel is located at the nicest place in Paris, easy for transport and meals. We will be staying there again in the future.
