Leak in toilet ceiling, no maintence staff on duty. We packed up & moved by ourselves to another room which had problem with heating vent buzzing non stop, staff turned off the heating, previous occupant an Airline Pilot complained about being kept awake all night. Why move a family of 4 into another room with problems, plus we waited 3 hrs for another bed to be brought into the room for one child. Manager offered us a complimemtary drink at the Bar and then tried to charge us for the drinks on the bill. The Manager was not helpful at all. Breakfast cost £15 pp there were lots of empty hot trays with no food in E.g. like Eggs, staff were very slow at replacing the food, variety of fruit, meats, cheese very poor and no yogurts. Area good near Chinatown. We would not stay at this hotel ever again. One dissatisfied customer.
